It provides an online interface for Event Organizers to apply for permission to host an event in a City or Region. Once the event is submitted, the solution facilitates the approval process and communication between City staff, Approval Agencies and Event Organizers. It centralizes the city event application and approval process, creating efficiencies in documentation, control and communication resulting in substantial  time savings    and a quicker start to finish approval process. 

 The solution was designed and built specifically to address the concerns of city event staff. It's development was requirements driven. It can be used and customized to fulfull the needs many different types of organizations but  it was designed as a municipal information system
